That is the new Llandeilo Town Council website, which I built in Framer.
Honest caveat: last year's 0 is because the domain only started pointing at the new site on 8 May 2026. Search Console, 10 Jul to 8 Oct, against the same dates in 2025.
This year: 17,947 impressions, 255 clicks.
"llandeilo town council" averages position 4.1. That one search gave 73 clicks, a 74% click-through rate.
Also: the hero video went from 39 MB to 5.1 MB, same footage. The clerk adds news and minutes in the CMS without touching the design. It is bilingual and accessible.
The page for "llandeilo" has 10,324 impressions but sits at position 11. What would you fix first?
How fast can a template get without changing a single pixel?

We just optimized 11 of our templates in Framer, Astro and Next.js. The rule was simple: nothing visible changes, only how things load.
ā
What we changed: CSS inside the page, fonts from our own domain instead of Google Fonts, WebP images with phone-sized copies, videos that load when you scroll near them, heavy videos re-encoded without visible loss (one template went from about 20 MB of video to 2.4 MB), WebGL that starts near the screen, and analytics after the page. Every page was checked pixel by pixel at three widths before and after.

Mobile PageSpeed now, Astro / Next.js:
Sunbeam 100 / 100
Auria 100 / 96
Lapse 97 / 98, up from 64 / 66
Parley 97 / 94
Nova Quinn 93 / 92 ā
On desktop, Mote scores 98 in Framer and 100 in Astro and Next.js.
More posts on the individual fixes coming.
Nothing visible changes, only how things load is such a good rule. Speed work like this is underrated, buyers feel it even if they can't see it.
If you sell B2B software, you've heard it: "you need to show up in ChatGPT."
And the fix going around is to write more blog posts.
But for a lot of companies, that's not the real problem.
The real problem: ChatGPT can't read their website.
The site looks fine to you.
But some websites only show their words after the page loads in a browser.
ChatGPT doesn't wait for that. It sees an almost empty page.
I found a B2B AI company whose homepage has about 1,500 words in a browser.
Turn JavaScript off, and the page is completely blank.
AI tools get the title and a one-line description. That's it.
It's built with a tool that can do this right. It just isn't set up that way.
And buyers are using it.
In one survey of 1,169 business buyers, nearly 3 in 10 said they now start with AI tools more often than Google.
Here's the fix š
#1 - Test it. Open your homepage, right-click, "View page source", and search for your headline. If it's not there, ChatGPT can't see it either.
#2 - If it's missing, rebuild the marketing pages so the words are in the page from the start.
#3 - Get other sites talking about you. Reviews, lists, Reddit, LinkedIn. AI answers lean on them a lot.
Bottom line: more blog posts won't help if ChatGPT can't read your homepage.
We build websites ChatGPT can actually read.
