A client sent me a homepage that looked polished… and took 6.8 seconds to load on mobile.
The fix wasn’t “more design.” It was removing the 11 extra scripts, compressing the hero image, and turning the content into a cleaner structure so Google could read it in seconds instead of guessing.
That’s usually where the real win is: less clutter, cleaner code, and a content system you can actually update without breaking the page. If your site looks good but feels heavy, that’s the problem I’d check first.

UI output quality isn't groundbreaking
Other platforms aren't far behind, and their outputs are more immediately usable beyond just visuals. Stitch only generates UI, the HTML/CSS export exists, but it's basic and not production-ready.
So who is this actually for?
Stitch isn't trying to replace designers, and it's not quite ready to hand developers production code either. It sits in a sweet spot: rapid ideation with a real design system behind it.
