I spent some time today looking at AI agents and skills people are actually paying for.
One pattern stood out:
The agents with clearer traction often don’t just help users think — they give users something they can immediately use.
Input → AI agent → usable result.
A video. A slide deck. A piece of content. A document. A usable asset.
Meanwhile, agents that mainly provide analysis, suggestions, or frameworks often leave more work for the user.
It changed how I’m thinking about the next agent I want to build.
Maybe the question isn’t just:
“Can AI help with this?”
But:
“How much work is left for the user after AI is done?”
