DeepMark just got into Y Combinator.
They’re building something that’s going to matter more and more: authentication for AI-generated voice.
So I started looking at their current identity and asked a simple question:
Can the mark itself communicate what DeepMark does?
Rather than throwing the logo away and starting from zero, I refined the existing mark.
The D becomes more recognizable as a voice-call shape, while the connection in the middle creates a subtle cue for authentication and verification.
Same DNA. More meaning.
Because when your product is about knowing whether a voice is real, the logo probably shouldn’t leave you guessing either.
And yes, I realize redesigning a YC start-up logo is basically volunteering for the internet's free design critique department.
Which do you prefer: the current mark or the refined version?
