I set up an abandoned cart flow in Klaviyo to help an ecommerce brand recover potential customers who added products to their cart but left without completing their purchase.
The flow was designed around the customer’s purchase intent, using strategically timed follow-up emails to remind shoppers about their cart, reinforce product value, address hesitation, and bring them back to complete their order.
I focused on creating a natural sequence rather than sending a single reminder, combining persuasive messaging, product-focused content, trust elements, and clear calls-to-action throughout the recovery journey.
The goal was to turn otherwise lost shopping sessions into additional conversion opportunities through automated email follow-up.
