Personal AI Assistant — AI-Powered Conversational Assistant
Project Description
I built a personal AI assistant designed to provide intelligent, context-aware conversations and help users interact with their information through a simple web-based interface.
The assistant uses modern LLM technologies to understand user queries, generate relevant responses, and work with custom knowledge sources. I implemented an AI-powered backend with a conversational workflow and integrated a Hugging Face language model to handle natural-language interactions.
The project focuses on making AI more useful for everyday tasks by combining conversational AI, custom knowledge retrieval, and a responsive web interface.

What I Built

An AI agent in an inventory system shouldn't place orders. It should notice things.
In TechFoundry IMS the agents do two jobs: read incoming purchase orders (messy PDFs, emails, the occasional photo) into structured records, and flag anomalies — a supplier's price jumping 30%, a quantity that doesn't match history, a duplicate PO with a different number.
The agent never changes stock levels. It writes a suggestion with its reasoning attached, and a person clicks approve. Same pattern as my review console, because it's the only pattern I've seen survive real operations.
