Many students and young adults struggle with constant stress, low focus, and mental fatigue driven by overstimulation and unstructured routines. Existing solutions are often either too complex, too passive, or rely heavily on long-form engagement that users don’t sustain rather than solving the problem they add to it. So i built a mobile app solution in collaboration with UX Thrive The app addresses the problem with a simple, real-life medical activities result-proven action-based system built around three core states: calming stress, restoring focus, and maintaining balance.
