How I directed a 3-part AI video campaign for a real client in one week:
Most AI video you see online is a single clip with no context. Here's what it looks like when you treat AI video like an actual production.
Rubwa Education Group needed cinematic promotional content for their edtech platform across the Gulf region. They wanted something that felt premium enough for paid social and brand channels, delivered fast.
Here's the pipeline I used:
1. Creative strategy with Claude Before generating a single frame, I built messaging frameworks, visual concepts, and shot-by-shot breakdowns. This is the step most people skip. It's also the step that keeps everything on-brief.
2. Image/Video generation with Higgsfield AI Multiple iterations per sequence. I refined motion, composition, and pacing until every shot felt intentional. The goal was cinematic, not "AI-looking."
The result: a 3-part video campaign delivered in about a week. Each installment targeted a different aspect of Rubwa's educational offering.
AI video isn't about hitting generate and hoping for the best. It's about directing. Scripting. Planning every shot. The tools are new. The discipline is the same one that's driven good production for decades.
