Rubwa Education Group is an online educational platform operating across the Gulf region. They needed cinematic promotional content that could cut through the noise of a crowded edtech market and position them as a modern, premium brand.
The Brief
Produce a series of AI-generated promotional videos that communicate Rubwa's brand identity: accessible, forward-thinking education with high production value. The content needed to feel polished enough for paid social and brand channels, while being delivered on a fast turnaround.
The Process
I approached this the same way I'd approach any commercial production: story first, tools second.
Claude handled the creative strategy and scripting phase. I used it to develop messaging frameworks, visual concepts, and shot-by-shot breakdowns before generating a single frame. This kept the creative tight and on-brief from the start.
Higgsfield AI powered the video generation. I ran multiple iterations on each sequence, refining motion, composition, and pacing until every shot felt intentional. The goal was cinematic quality, not "AI-looking" output.
Magnific came in for the final polish: upscaling, detail enhancement, and ensuring the output met production-grade standards across all delivery formats.
The Result
A multi-part video campaign delivered across 3 installments, each tailored to different aspects of Rubwa's educational offering. The content was built to work across social platforms and brand channels, giving Rubwa a visual identity that matches the quality of their educational programs.
