This poster on Mental Health explores one of the most important conversations of our time, mental health, through the medium of typography. The design uses a human silhouette constructed entirely from words: the very struggles, emotions, and conditions that people carry silently inside them. The face is made of words like depression, anxiety, stigma, isolation, loneliness, trauma, because what we see on the outside is always shaped by what is hidden within. Mental health is not a weakness, it is a conversation we need to have. This poster is dedicated to everyone who has ever fought a battle no one else could see.
