I just watched Figma’s Motion basics: Keyframes video, and it gives a clean introduction to how animation works in Figma.
The core idea is simple: set one keyframe for a layer property, add another with a different value, and Figma animates the change between them.
The video also covers:
- adding keyframes
- editing keyframe values
- looping animations
- using auto-keyframe
A nice starting point for anyone exploring motion inside their design workflow.

I had Claude build out ~800 rows (~50 columns) of dummy contact data in supabase with varying degrees of lead enrichment and match scoring to simulate a live DB connection.
Really enjoying using Claude x Framer. Its truly a superpower for building simulation engines like this.

Can a still image feel like it is moving?
I have been drawn to the motion blur aesthetic lately because it does not just show movement, it preserves the feeling of it.
Motion blur conveys a sense of speed, energy, and motion, making the image feel more dynamic.
It is been a while since I last used Midjourney, so with the release of their newest model v8.2, this felt like the perfect excuse to jump back in and experiment with the style.
