Really solid use case for combining automated bookkeeping with real-time analytics. The liquidity and cash-flow visibility is especially valuable—having financial data updated continuously makes the dashboard much more actionable than traditional reporting.

●  Redefined the firm's data architecture by building Amicus Hub, a company-wide database organising all client, company and internal data, with an Action Tracker monitoring every live engagement. ●  Built an automation stack increasing efficiency across the firm's core workflows: ○  Pitch Deck Automation: cleans data, runs financial analysis and generates client decks. 2-3 hours down to 15-20 minutes. ○  Monthly MIS Drafter: cross-references engagement letters and prior reports to draft new ones. 40-50% less manual effort. ○  Automation Opportunity Scanner: surfaces client AI automation opportunities, now sold as a managed transformation service. ●  Built the outbound engine: 1,200 targeted logistics prospects, financials on 400+, distilled to a 70-name priority shortlist.
