What started two years ago as a freelance journey has grown into a studio, incredible client relationships, and opportunities I never imagined.
Huge thank you to every client who trusted me, every collaborator I've worked with, and the Contra team for building a platform that genuinely puts independents first.
Here's to growing Caliper Studio and everything that's next. 🚀
Huge congrats, going from solo freelancer to studio at 100K is a real inflection point. What was the trigger for bringing on collaborators, was it a specific project that got too big to handle alone?
Thank you so much! It wasn't one specific project. It was more a combination of getting repeat clients, larger scopes, and a higher volume of work, along with realizing I enjoyed collaborating more than trying to do everything myself.
Realizing you enjoyed collaborating more than doing it all yourself is honestly the harder pivot than the revenue number. What did the first project you fully handed off look like, easy to let go of, or did you have to fight the urge to redo it yourself?
Been part of this community for a few years now, sharing my work, joining challenges, meeting some great people, and even picking up a few wins along the way.
I've genuinely enjoyed being part of Contra and seeing how much the platform has grown.
This one means a lot. Big thanks to the Contra team for the recognition!

Any suggestions for accounting people on contra? Or should we deactivate our accounts?😂
Huge congrats @Dstudio Agency on $25K! 🎉 So well deserved!
And I feel you on the accountant/bookkeeper part 😂 - Contra definitely feels more design/dev heavy. But I think finance folks can still kill it by packaging services like "Bookkeeping for Creators/Startups" or "Clean...
