SwiftPay had a 60% drop-off problem. I investigated where friction could be occurring, identified trust and transaction-comprehension risks, redesigned the critical journey around transparency and error recovery, and developed an AI-assisted workflow for research, UX auditing, prototyping, and quality assurance.
Final design philosophy
Make the user feel three things at every critical step:
1. I know what is happening.
2. I know what will happen next.
3. My money is safe.
