Using a "clinical-grade" approach to organization, I audited all existing touchpoints and built a custom infrastructure for document control and project tracking. This restoration saved the executive 15+ hours per week and provided a scalable foundation that allowed the business to double its client capacity without adding more "noise" to the founder's day.
