Solo Full Stack Architect: Engineered the end-to-end transportation ERP, replacing legacy MS Access.
Project description: I architected a mission-critical ERP for Phoenix Bus Inc., replacing a fragmented MS Access system with a scalable web platform. As the sole engineer, I built the solution using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. The system centralizes fleet management, dynamic quoting, bookings, and HR, while automating client emails and driver SMS dispatch. By providing a real-time analytics dashboard and eliminating manual bottlenecks, the platform currently supports over 115 active staff and drivers, successfully driving a 40% operational efficiency increase and reducing manual errors by 30%.

Things I believe after building with AI:
- If you do something manually more than twice, automate it.
- AI agents are the most fun thing you can build right now.
- A demo that works beats a pitch deck every time.
- The best engineering is invisible. You only notice when it's missing.
