Solo Architect & Developer: Engineered the end-to-end multi-agent AI infrastructure
Project description: I engineered a production multi-agent AI system acting as a virtual operations team. Using a hub-and-spoke architecture, 7 specialized Claude-powered agents coordinate through a PostgreSQL task queue to autonomously handle marketing, SEO, and coding tasks. The system is controlled entirely via Telegram and features a strict two-stage human-in-the-loop approval gate, ensuring no external actions occur without explicit sign-off. Built on Node.js and Render, I implemented robust security hardening, AES encryption, and multiple API integrations to deliver a secure, highly scalable AI platform.

Project description: I architected and developed TourGrid, a real-time safety and logistics SaaS for commercial tour operators. To solve complex operational bottlenecks, I engineered a highly scalable, multi-tenant ecosystem connecting four distinct user bases. The system includes a full-featured web dashboard for operators and three dedicated mobile apps for guides, tourists, and parents. Powered by Node.js, Prisma, WebSockets, and GCP, the platform seamlessly handles live GPS tracking, geofencing, and secure messaging. Project description: I architected a mission-critical ERP for Phoenix Bus Inc., replacing a fragmented MS Access system with a scalable web platform. As the sole engineer, I built the solution using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. The system centralizes fleet management, dynamic quoting, bookings, and HR, while automating client emails and driver SMS dispatch. By providing a real-time analytics dashboard and eliminating manual bottlenecks, the platform currently supports over 115 active staff and drivers, successfully driving a 40% operational efficiency increase and reducing manual errors by 30%.
