Many admin dashboards feel hard to use for the same reason: everything is treated like primary information.
A better dashboard usually has three layers built into the UI: what needs action now, what changed, and what can wait.
That changes how I structure summary cards, tables, filters, alerts, and default views.
If the hierarchy is wrong, the screen can look polished and still slow the team down.
