5-Platform Social Publishing System with Airtable Approval Dashboard
Built a cross-platform publishing pipeline that takes approved content from Airtable and distributes it natively to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Threads via GoHighLevel.
Each channel receives its own format, image dimensions, and CTA, generated from a single source. Human-in-the-loop approval keeps editorial control; the system handles formatting, scheduling, image generation, and posting.

SmartCare needed a modern and visually engaging social media presence that could communicate healthcare services clearly while maintaining a professional and trustworthy brand image. The challenge was to create educational and promotional healthcare content that felt approachable, clean and easy to understand for everyday users.
To solve this, I designed a cohesive social media campaign focused on clarity, accessibility and brand consistency. The visual system combined soft healthcare tones, modern typography, structured layouts, mobile-focused compositions, and user-friendly content blocks to simplify healthcare communication and improve audience engagement.
The design strategy included promotional healthcare posts, awareness content, FAQ layouts, testimonial creatives, app promotion visuals, and service-focused marketing materials, all optimized for Instagram and Facebook.

In this design, we reimagined how teams create automated workflows by transforming natural language prompts into visual process flows. The interface combines AI-assisted workflow generation, conditional logic, third-party integrations, and real-time editing into a clean, distraction-free dashboard. With a lightweight visual hierarchy, intuitive node structure, and collaborative workspace, building complex automation feels faster, clearer, and far more accessible.
