Designed and built a complete content automation engine for a wellness publisher in the caregiver niche. Single-operator system that takes one content source and produces long-form WordPress articles plus platform-native social posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Threads.
Stack: n8n, Airtable, WordPress, OpenRouter, Bannerbear, GoHighLevel.
Results: 179 articles scheduled, 500+ social posts queued, 5 platforms in sync, every post gated by structured approval before going live.

5-Platform Social Publishing System with Airtable Approval Dashboard
Built a cross-platform publishing pipeline that takes approved content from Airtable and distributes it natively to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Threads via GoHighLevel.
Each channel receives its own format, image dimensions, and CTA, generated from a single source. Human-in-the-loop approval keeps editorial control; the system handles formatting, scheduling, image generation, and posting.

Self-Healing Content Revision System with AI Re-Generation
Built a feedback-loop automation that detects when reviewers flag a post for revision, re-generates the copy and image using AI, and routes the corrected version back to the right platform's approval queue.
When a flagged post is detected, the workflow pulls the original, runs it through a re-generation chain with revision context, creates a new image via Bannerbear, and updates the Airtable record automatically.

Designed a 4-category content generator that produces long-form articles across multiple verticals, each with its own tone, structure, and prompt logic. The system handles topic selection, AI generation, SEO checks, featured image creation, and direct WordPress publishing.
Each category routes through its own prompt chain, then merges into a single publishing pipeline with WordPress media upload, tag/category mapping, and post scheduling.
