A quiet footage, brought to life. This is a short cinematic edit of traditional farming in Bali. The raw footage had no usable sound, so the goal was to make it feel natural and immersive, like you’re standing in the field. What I did: Sound design: Layered in natural sounds (water, tools, wind, movement) so every shot feels real Music bed: Added a track for mood and pacing, so the edit flows and the emotion lands Color correction: Balanced exposure and white balance across all the footage Color grade: Gave it a warm, earthy look that fits the setting

Cover image for A personal Spec documentary-style edit
A personal Spec documentary-style edit of a craftsman forging a knife. I wanted to see how much story I could tell in under a minute using only raw footage and sound. What I did: Cut the raw footage down to 47 seconds with a hook-first structure Paced every cut to the rhythm of the work: hammer strikes, sparks, grinding Built the sound design from scratch (whooshes, hammer hits, sparks, grinding) and layered a piano music bed underneath for emotion Why it matters: This is the style I bring to founder stories, brand films, and documentary-style content: tight pacing, texture-heavy sound, and a clear emotional beat. Cover image for A cinematic sports-focused video built
A cinematic sports-focused video built around atmosphere, movement, and emotion. I handled the video editing, pacing, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling, using warm natural tones, controlled contrast, and subtle cinematic color to enhance the golden-hour footage. The goal was to create a polished, professional look while keeping the footage natural and letting the athlete and environment remain the focus.
