Before redesigning a website, I don't ask how can I make this prettier?
I ask:
What isn't working?
Can visitors understand the business?
Can they find what they need?
Do they trust the business?
Can they easily take action like book, contact or buy?
Then I redesign around those problems.
I converted this homepage from Figma to WordPress.
One of the main things I focused on was keeping the original design consistent while making sure the actual website remained responsive and easy to navigate.
A design can look great in Figma. The real test is how well it works once it's live.
