mori, flowers booked. mori (https://facebook.com/moricreate): my partner's real handmade-bouquet studio in guiguinto, bulacan. every order used to be settled by hand in messenger. now customers pick a bouquet and a real 30-minute slot, see the actual lalamove delivery fee, pay by gcash, and they're booked without a single reply from the owner. "hm po?" "available pa po sa saturday?" "magkano po delivery sa malolos?" if you've ever bought from a small shop in the philippines, you know this thread. mori's orders used to live in it. not a made-up business mori is my partner's handmade-bouquet studio in poblacion, guiguinto, bulacan: one person making every bouquet by hand while studying business management. i know how her orders really happen, so instead of inventing a business for the brief, i rebuilt mori end to end: what the customer sees on their phone, and what the owner no longer has to do. archetype: booking-based. the "appointment" is a 30-minute delivery or pickup slot, sized to what one pair of hands can actually make. the customer's side pick a bouquet from the collection. fixed prices, nothing to ask. pick a day and a 30-minute window between 8am and 6pm. only open times show: 5 slots a day, plus 2 rush slots for tomorrow at +9%, sold until 6pm today. booking opens up to 90 days ahead. pick up at the studio (free), or get it delivered: type your city, paste your google maps pin, and see the real lalamove fare plus a small handling fee. delivery covers metro manila and central luzon. pay with a gcash / qr ph code while your slot is held for 5 minutes. if someone else takes that time first, mori says so right away and offers the nearest open times. nothing you typed is lost. a wax seal, drawn entirely in code, presses onto your order: you're booked. a tracking page then follows the order, from paid to preparing, out for delivery (with the rider's live link) and delivered. the owner's side a telegram ping the moment an order is paid, and a 7am digest of today and tomorrow a phone-first studio with four tabs: orders (with bouquet photos), calendar (close a day, open more slots), bouquets (add new ones, edit prices and photos) and settings the lalamove rider is booked from the order screen payments confirm themselves, slots count themselves, delivery fees calculate themselves under the hood (for readers outside the philippines) paymongo is a philippine payment gateway (think stripe for the ph). mori asks it for a one-time qr ph code that people pay with gcash, the country's most-used e-wallet, or any bank app. paymongo notifies mori, mori double-checks the payment, and the booking confirms itself. lalamove is the on-demand motorbike courier that small sellers here use for same-day delivery. mori asks lalamove's api for a quote from the studio to the customer's pin. google maps links shared from the phone app arrive with extra text and short links. mori finds the pin either way and checks it sits inside the city the customer chose. each 30-minute slot is locked in the database while someone pays, so two people can never book the same time. scheduled jobs release unpaid holds, keep lalamove statuses in sync and send the morning digest. built in lovable, with every floral graphic drawn in code. honest status everything above works end to end today in test mode: paymongo test keys and the lalamove sandbox. going live is a switch, not a rebuild: verify both business accounts and swap in the live keys. try it moricreate.lovable.app (http://moricreate.lovable.app) → book a bouquet → on the pay screen, tap "confirm payment" (test mode). the qr shown is a real paymongo test code, so please don't pay it with your actual gcash. the owner studio is private, and you can see it in the walkthrough video. why it looks like this her customers find her on facebook and messenger, on their phones. so mori is mobile-first and quiet: ivory and charcoal, a serif "mori", bouquet photos first, and a few floral details (a bloom on the time you pick, a ribbon on your choice, a wax seal when you're booked) so booking feels a little like receiving a gift. thank you Lovable for making mori a lot more lovable for the people who actually order from her. 🌸 #lovablechallenge

UPDATE: SNOOZE WAR S1 is complete! When I submitted the pilot, SNOOZE WAR was one night, one stopped clock, and one pillow soldier who refused an order. Now it's a whole season, and all four episodes are attached: 🕰️Episode 1, "The Night the Clock Stood Still": the pilot. At 3 AM, the Sleepers invade to keep the city asleep forever, the Wakers ring back, and one pillow soldier breaks ranks to save a fallen enemy. By the end, every clock in the city has stopped, and something under the street has stolen its heart. ⚡Episode 2, "Lightning Can't Stop a Pillow": without its heart, the clock can never tick again. The Wakers and their new pillow ally chase the thief across the rooftops to a power station, where lightning fries every bell except the one fighter made of pillow. They win the clock's heart back, just as the Sleepers answer with a wall of fog. ☁️Episode 3, "Where the Pillows Sleep": the fog rolls over the rooftops and puts every Waker to sleep, and the pillow army carries their general down into the Nest. The only fighter the Yawn can't touch goes underground alone, fights through the tunnels, and winds the general awake. Then the Wakers have to blast their way back out. 🔔Episode 4, "The Fourth Bell": the finale. The mattress titan charges the clock, the queen sends her last army up the walls, and Insonnio finally faces the queen he deserted. The two titans clash in the river one last time, and everything comes down to one question: will the clock strike four? What made a full season possible is how Cantina lets you direct. I could open any single clip and fix just that one. When a shot came out wrong, I regenerated that clip instead of rerolling the whole episode. When a clip had a moment I didn't want, I split it and cut that part out. It felt less like prompting and more like editing a real show. My wishlist, from someone who does all of this at 3 AM: 🗑️A Trash tab to restore deleted videos, because at 3 AM everything looks like a mistake until the next morning. 🎬A way to save a finished clip and drop it into another project. My titans have waded into the same river so many times, they've earned reruns. 🌌What's next is the part I'm most excited about: the SNOOZEVERSE. The same eight characters, outside the war and all in one room: a podcast, a cooking show, a game show, a nature documentary. Ensemble skits start in the next few days. Watch the whole season on Cantina: https://cantina.com/shows/6N0mAe1y4ipPwd8fZ8f64L Start with the pilot: https://cantina.com/i/hfo6g Then talk to the lead, Insonnio, yourself: https://cantina.com/i/p15ap The series is also on TikTok and X: @snooze_war #cantinachallenge

SNOOZE WAR Season 1: The Three O'Clock War An original animated micro-series, made end to end in Cantina. Everyone fights this war. Twice a day. In the morning, the alarm rings and some part of you starts negotiating. Five more minutes. At night it flips: you know you should sleep, but the phone is right there and the night feels like the only time that's yours. Sleep and wake is the oldest fight any of us has, and we lose a round of it every single day. SNOOZE WAR takes that fight literally. Every night at 3 AM, while the city sleeps, two armies go to war over it. The Sleepers, pillow soldiers led by a queen made of heaped duvets with a full moon for a face, want the clock stuck at three forever. The Wakers, alarm-clock troopers led by a wind-up general, fight for the Fourth Bell: the moment the clock strikes four and the Sleepers' spell breaks. Each side has a titan: a grandfather clock as tall as the skyline, and a mattress the size of an office tower. And under the streets lives a third side nobody invited, a soda can with lightning for a grin who wants everyone to stay up forever. The lead belongs to neither army. INSONNIO CUSCINIO is a pillow soldier whose eyes won't close; the stitches the Sleepers sew across them never hold. He is the one soldier the Yawn can't touch. The night he is ordered to drag a fallen enemy into the fog, he refuses. That is where the pilot begins. THE PILOT: Episode 1, "The Night the Clock Stood Still" All eight characters collide in one night. The Sleepers invade. The Wakers answer with the Ring. Insonnio breaks ranks to shield a fallen trooper ("Leave him alone!"), and his own queen calls him a traitor. The two titans fight knee-deep in the river until a headboard smashes the clock face and every clock in the city stops at three. Then a bolt of lightning rips the mainspring out of the frozen titan, and Tsss Tsss Fulminato dives underground with the city's heartbeat: "Now it never ticks!" WATCH IT IN CANTINA The best way to watch SNOOZE WAR is in Cantina, where the episodes live right next to the characters. Watch the pilot, then open any character and talk to them: ask Insonnio why he can't sleep, let Dringadiere try to recruit you, or see if Fulminato can keep you up all night. Pilot Episode: https://cantina.com/i/hfo6g Lead Character, INSONNIO CUSCINIO: https://cantina.com/profile/insonniocuscinio RELEASE PLAN Season 1 is four episodes. Episode 1, the pilot, is out now. Episodes 2, 3, and 4 release one per day starting tomorrow, and each one joins the Storyline "Season 1: The Three O'Clock War" on Insonnio's profile as it comes out. THE CAST (eight bots, and you can talk to every one of them) INSONNIO CUSCINIO: the insomniac pillow, the deserter, the lead. https://cantina.com/profile/insonniocuscinio DRIN DRIN DRINGADIERE: the Waker general, who cranks the key in his back before every charge. https://cantina.com/profile/dondondondolone NINNA NANNA PIUMONA: the Sleeper queen, who whispers her lullaby like a threat. https://cantina.com/profile/ninnanannapiumona DON DON DONDOLONE: the clock titan; it only says its name, and it says it in bells. https://cantina.com/profile/dondondondolone RONF RONF MATERASSONE: the mattress titan, who snores its own name. https://cantina.com/profile/ronfronfmaterassone TSSS TSSS FULMINATO: the Wired, the third side. https://cantina.com/profile/tssstsssfulminato CUSCINETTI: pillow infantry with their eyes stitched shut; they only chant their own name. https://cantina.com/profile/cuscinetti SVEGLINI: small alarm-clock troopers, a little too eager. https://cantina.com/profile/sveglini The names are the sounds of a night in Italian: "drin" is an alarm ringing, "ninna nanna" is a lullaby, "ronf" is a snore, "tsss" is a can cracking open. WHERE THE SERIES GOES NEXT Coming this week, one episode a day: Ep 2, "Lightning Can't Stop a Pillow": the chase ends at a power station where lightning fries every bell except the one fighter made of pillow. The mainspring goes home, until the mattress titan breathes a wall of fog over the city. Ep 3, "Where the Pillows Sleep": the fog puts the Wakers to sleep and the pillow army drags the general underground into the Nest. The only one still awake goes in after him. Ep 4, "The Fourth Bell": the Sleepers' last assault, Insonnio against his queen, and one question: will the clock ever strike four? After Season 1, the story is already set up to grow: the Wired have a titan of their own, waking beneath the city, and the war becomes three-sided. The characters also live between episodes: Insonnio keeps you company at 3 AM when you can't sleep, Dringadiere tries to recruit you, and Fulminato begs you to stay up. Any creator can enlist their own bot as a Waker, a Sleeper, or one of the Wired for crossover episodes. WHY CANTINA Cantina Labs says it brings characters to life and transforms how people tell stories. That is exactly what I wanted for this idea. SNOOZE WAR isn't a video with characters in it; the characters exist before and after every episode. The fight between sleep and wake belongs to everyone, and Cantina let me give it faces, voices, and a city to fight over, and then let people walk in and talk to them. HOW I BUILT IT (all in Cantina, end to end) 8 bots, each with an identity, personality, backstory, look, and voice 15 reusable Creator Studio assets: 5 locations, 8 wardrobes, and 2 objects Episode 1, the pilot: 14 clips, directed block by block, with every shot written as camera, set, frame, action, and effects Episodes 2-4: 33 more clips, fully scripted and in production, releasing one per day A Storyline that collects the season in order as each episode is released ALSO ON TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM Each new episode also goes up on the series accounts, for anyone who'd rather follow along there. The full experience, with characters you can talk to, is in Cantina. mori — now on mobile. You've seen the desk version. The parallax, the adaptive cursor, the smooth scroll — all built for someone sitting in front of a screen. But here's the truth: the people who order from mori aren't sitting at desks. They're on their phones. So I built the mobile version like it's a different product — because it is. A quick walkthrough of what's different when mori lives in your hand 👆 → The adaptive cursor vanishes on touch — your finger is the cursor → The bouquet mini-game stacks vertically: canvas on top, tray below, with touch-optimized scale, rotate, and layer controls → Catalog filters slide horizontally — no wrapping into a messy pile → Petal AI chat makes room for the keyboard instead of hiding behind it → The header tucks away on scroll, slides back with frosted glass when you scroll up → Order form color swatches you tap, not click — tap, tap, tap, paste, send → The preloader still plays on first visit, even on mobile Same calm, crafted design. Now built for the screen you're holding. 🔗 https://moricreate.base44.app
