Bohdan is building their profile!

A production multi-tenant AI customer-engagement platform I designed and built end to end. A chatbot answers customer questions 24/7 from each business's own knowledge base (RAG), captures leads, sends instant Telegram alerts, and hands off to a human in real time. Includes a voice assistant and a per-client analytics dashboard. Self-hosted — each business fully owns its instance, code, and data, with no SaaS lock-in. Built solo: architecture, backend, AI integration, infrastructure, deployment, and security. Stack: Next.js, Directus, PostgreSQL (pgvector), Redis, n8n, Twilio, OpenAI / Claude / Gemini, Docker.

An end-to-end AI pipeline I built that turns raw multi-camera footage into an editor-ready package — cut clips, transcript, subtitles, and timeline files for DaVinci and Premiere. 13 n8n workflows orchestrating a FastAPI backend, Cloudflare R2, and four AI models. The highlight is the cost design — a cheap-to-expensive funnel (OpenCV → Gemini → Claude Vision) that narrows ~7,200 frames to the ~10 best moments for about $1 per project. I'm honest about the limits: per-frame vision scoring is at the edge of what models do well today, so this is a strong first pass that saves real hours, not a finished edit. Stack: n8n, FastAPI, Directus, PostgreSQL, R2, Docker, ffmpeg, Gemini, Claude, AssemblyAI. Built end to end.

Cover image for I rescued a hacked production
I rescued a hacked production server, migrated it, and hardened it end to end — with zero data loss. A production site was compromised by malware exfiltrating data to external servers. I detected and removed it within hours, verified the system was clean, rotated all credentials, blocked the attackers at the firewall, and migrated the full Directus + Next.js site to a secure new server. Then I hardened it: iptables firewall (default-DROP), Fail2ban, auto-updates, a 3-tier backup system, and hourly automated security monitoring. Result: threat removed in hours, no data loss, server clean and continuously monitored, hosting cost cut ~$230/year, client fully owns everything. This shows I don't just build systems — I keep them alive and secure under real attack.

Cover image for A fast, fully self-managed website
A fast, fully self-managed website built with Next.js, Directus as a headless CMS, and PostgreSQL. I developed the site so the client manages all content themselves — no developer needed for updates. It includes multi-language support, interactive forms, and a clean, SEO-friendly structure. Deployed with Docker on the client's own server, so they fully own the site and pay no monthly SaaS fees. Result: a self-owned website the client updates independently, with full control over content and hosting. Stack: Next.js, Directus, PostgreSQL, Docker.
