Led a global Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation to consolidate multiple Oracle E-Business Suite instances across geographic locations into a single enterprise platform. Managed a 25+ member global delivery team overseeing master and transactional data assessment and migration, including customers, suppliers, items, assets, invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders.
Directed solution design sessions, assessed legacy pain points and open issues, coordinated stakeholder communications through PMO governance, and delivered change management and end-user training. Also managed impacted integrations through redesign, build, and testing, while planning phased site rollouts and cutovers to support a controlled global deployment.
