I designed the end-to-end conversational architecture: intent handling, BANT qualification logic, human escalation paths, and CRM/pipeline integration, running as a 24/7 always-on agent. Building agents like this is also why my security work is grounded in practice. I secure LLM systems because I ship them and know exactly where they break.

It includes statutory briefings on Article 50 transparency obligations and the Digital Omnibus, a compliance matrix mapping legal duties to technical controls, a diagnostic audit worksheet, and a 28-page Article 50 implementation guide for CISOs and general counsel. The focus is translating statutory mandates into programmatic controls: machine-readable watermarking, agent identity disclosure, logging and record-keeping architectures. Every briefing is verified against primary sources: the regulation text, Commission guidelines and the official FAQ. This is the same framework behind my consulting work and AI Prompt Shield.
