AI Compliance Shield — EU AI Act Advisory & Research Hub
I built and run aicomplianceshield.io, a research and advisory hub for teams navigating the EU AI Act.
It includes statutory briefings on Article 50 transparency obligations and the Digital Omnibus, a compliance matrix mapping legal duties to technical controls, a diagnostic audit worksheet, and a 28-page Article 50 implementation guide for CISOs and general counsel.
The focus is translating statutory mandates into programmatic controls: machine-readable watermarking, agent identity disclosure, logging and record-keeping architectures. Every briefing is verified against primary sources: the regulation text, Commission guidelines and the official FAQ.
This is the same framework behind my consulting work and AI Prompt Shield.

Millstream Fencing Supplies — AI-Powered E-commerce & Business Management Platform (Concept Demo)
Overview
I came across a Facebook post from a local fencing supplier looking for someone to build an e-commerce website. Instead of sending a portfolio or proposal, I challenged myself to build a complete working demonstration tailored to their business.
The goal wasn't simply to create a website—it was to show how technology could streamline their sales process, automate operations, and improve the customer experience.
The Challenge
The business wanted a website that would allow customers to:
Browse fence panels, sheds and related products
Select product sizes and quantities
Place orders and make secure online payments
Request delivery and installation
Provide customer and delivery information
Work seamlessly across mobile, tablet and desktop devices
Be easy for staff to manage and update
Behind these requirements was a larger business problem: too much time spent handling enquiries, creating quotes manually, coordinating deliveries and managing customer information through messages and phone calls.
My Solution
Rather than building a standard e-commerce website, I designed a modern, mobile-first ordering platform paired with a complete business management dashboard.
The result is a digital platform that allows customers to order products online while giving staff a central place to manage the entire business.
