How important is the visual hook?
For me, it's everything — if the first second doesn't stop the scroll, nothing else matters.
I love building hooks from unexpected worlds: shrinking a product into a tiny diorama with miniature figures. The concept or color grading could be different but the goal is always the same — make someone pause so they can be attentive during the ad.
I sketch the "world" first, then bring it to life with AI video tools, testing pacing until the reveal lands.
