Spelta: UI Design for a Handcrafted Bakery Experience
Spelta is a Kyiv-based artisan bakery that combines Ukrainian baking traditions with natural, wholesome ingredients. Its audience values quality, authenticity, and emotional connection to food.
The task was to design a mobile app for bread ordering that reflects the brand's warm, calm, and authentic tone.
The visual concept aimed to show bread not just as a product but as a cultural symbol. The style is inspired by Scandinavian minimalism with a Ukrainian twist — blending photography with hand-drawn illustrations.
We explored various directions — scanning textures, AI-generated visuals — but eventually chose to draw everything by hand in Adobe Illustrator to preserve a “living” feel.
All icons are hand-sketched. In the “Story” section, we used verses from Ukrainian poets that visually form the shape of a loaf.
Typography: Ukrainian fonts — Fixel and RutheniaRada.
Colors: Inspired by crust, flour, and soil — warm, earthy tones with natural contrast.
The result is a cozy, intuitive app that brings the spirit of Spelta into a digital experience.

Luxury Rug E-commerce Website
A Dubai-based e-commerce website for premium handmade rugs, designed to combine a refined visual experience with a clear path to purchase.
The project includes a homepage, collection and search pages, product details, rug customization, sample requests, cart, checkout, and account screens, with layouts adapted for mobile. The product page makes size, variation, and customization choices easy to understand before adding a rug to the cart. Spacious layouts, detailed product imagery, and restrained typography keep the focus on the rugs throughout the shopping journey.
