Be Here is a comprehensive streaming platform that enables real-time video and audio streaming with live chat, clip creation, and social features. The platform is available as a web application built with Next.js and native iOS/Android mobile apps, providing a seamless streaming experience across all devices.
Developed a full-stack streaming platform using Next.js 14 with App Router for the web application, React and TypeScript for type-safe development, and Tailwind CSS for styling. Integrated LiveKit for real-time video/audio streaming with RTMP/WHIP protocols. Implemented Clerk for authentication, Prisma ORM with MySQL (PlanetScale) for database management, and Uploadthing for file uploads. Used FFmpeg for video processing and clip extraction. Built native iOS and Android apps to complement the web platform.

What if getting a tattoo felt more like collaborating on a design project than sending messages back and forth on WhatsApp?
That's exactly what I built.
For the @Base44 Glow Up Challenge, I chose a real tattoo studio in Toronto that creates incredible artwork—but whose digital experience didn't match the quality of their craft.
So I rebuilt everything.
