Aishwary Dhare

I worked with Aishwary on the development of Repos Energy’s web and mobile platform (a doorstep diesel delivery solution). He took strong ownership of the overall backend architecture using Python/Django, designing the DB schema, models, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. He consistently delivered on time, showed great attention to detail, led sprint grooming, mentored developers, and maintained oversight across Postgres and Flutter-based mobile apps. I’d be happy to work with him again.
