Inner.Self (https://c374f96538ce4e5187602b5b3d1fba08-main.projects.builder.my/) is designed to guide users through emotional regulation, self-reflection, and daily alignment toward their personal goals, within a calm and intuitive interface.
I only joined the challenge last night, so I focused on designing and building the main screen: the daily check-in dashboard.
This screen represents the moment after the user is greeted, where they begin their day by selecting their mood and writing a quick journal entry.
The dashboard also includes:
- Recent journal entries
- A synchronicity log
- A personalized grounding practice of the day
