a catering business transitioning from government-only clients to private bookings, with a second revenue stream (equipment hire) launching at the same time. The challenge wasn't just visual, it was structural. Two different services, two different audiences, one page.
I designed the site to keep both offerings distinct instead of blending them into a generic "services" list. The hero splits into two clear paths immediately: catering enquiries and equipment hire, so visitors self-sort in seconds instead of scrolling to figure out what the business actually does.
Since the client handles all enquiries manually via WhatsApp (no booking system, no cart), every CTA routes into a pre-filled WhatsApp message instead of a contact form. That kept the build lean and matched how she actually runs the business day to day.
Government-client trust was a signal worth surfacing, so it's built into the page early rather than buried in an About section, since it's doing real work convincing new private clients she's credible.
