I created this project to analyze employee and payroll data using MySQL. I joined employee demographic and salary data to study factors such as age, occupation, and salary. I focused on employees aged 40 and above and used SQL queries to analyze their workforce and salary information. I also created a payroll tier classification using salary ranges, dividing employees into Executive, Management, and Operational tiers. This project helped me practice SQL joins, filtering, conditional logic, and data analysis while understanding how employee data can be used to support workforce and payroll decisions.

The main purpose of this project was to understand whether e-commerce products were actually profitable after considering marketing costs. I worked with sales and product data from MySQL and combined it with product-level ad spend. I calculated True Net Profit, ROAS and Net Margin % and used these metrics to compare the performance of different products. I then created an Excel dashboard to present the results clearly and highlight products with strong profitability as well as products where advertising spend was reducing profits. Through this project, I learned that revenue alone does not show the complete picture of a product's performance.

Built an end-to-end e-commerce sales analytics project using SQL, Excel and Power BI. I analyzed revenue, transactions, units sold, average order value, product categories and regional performance, then created an interactive Power BI dashboard to make the key KPIs and business trends easier to understand. The analysis also helped identify revenue concentration, regional opportunities and areas for pricing and growth strategies.
