This medspa had a Kajabi site built as one long scroll with no service structure. Visitors couldn't tell what the clinic did, and consult requests were coming through email instead of a form. What I did: Structured the site into service pages, built an intake form with consent language before booking, added treatment galleries, and wired the consult form into Kajabi automation.
