Historical Fiction Book Cover: The Long Lost City — this was a really fun project. I altered a public domain painting from the 1800s for the background of this cover and I really like how it turned out.
Here's a little look into how I expand a book's visual world after designing the book cover. For this project, I went on to create a bookmark, graphic tee, wall poster, and social media post to help promote the book.
This book cover I created as a secondary concept to my other "Cosmic Harmony" design. The goal was to create a design that felt like a mix between classic literature and romance.
Literary Fiction Book Cover: The Solace Suns — I love how this cover turned out! It is a collection of stock photos (a butterfly, an orange, & many, many flowers) all edited in Adobe Photoshop to fit well together
