Key outputs: $249K in preventable losses identified, 0.08% high-risk rate mapped, and IP/velocity contribution breakdowns visualised. Built with dynamic Risk Score and Category filters for self-serve drill-down analysis by non-technical stakeholders.

Project: Sentinel — AI-Based Local File Cleaning Platform
A cross-platform desktop application built with Tauri + Next.js (TypeScript) and a FastAPI backend. Integrated local LLMs (Ollama) for on-device, privacy-first AI file classification — zero data leaves the machine. WebSocket integration enables real-time processing feedback with zero UI lag. Implementing a RAG-based retrieval pipeline for improved classification accuracy across diverse file types.
