This bot handles real customer interactions: collects intent, captures all user inputs, validates data, then pushes structured information into Make.com (http://Make.com) for automated CRM actions, notifications, and internal workflows.
The objective was to create a conversational agent that feels human while staying fully optimized for data routing and operational automation.

Complete website built for a holistic wellness clinic located in Waterloo, QC.
I designed and structured the entire site using AI-assisted tools (Bolt.new (http://Bolt.new)), including branding, layout, visuals, service pages, and a fully integrated online booking system (Cal.com (http://Cal.com)).
The goal was to create a warm, calming, modern experience that reflects the client’s identity while remaining fast, responsive, and optimized for mobile.
This project includes end-to-end delivery: design, copy, integrations, and deployment.
