Context
Beeline Family lets users group multiple numbers under one account and manage shared minutes, SMS, and data. The product faced low conversion, complex management, and high call center load.
My Responsibility
I worked directly with the Product manager and owned product architecture, user journeys, and UX/UI

Vio (Telegram-native classifieds).
Me as a founding designer
Context: Vio is a classifieds product that runs fully inside Telegram in Uzbekistan. People were already buying and selling through chats, but it was messy, hard to search and impossible to scale or charge for promotion.
My task: turn this behavior into a real marketplace, grow stable supply and create clear places to sell visibility.
Result:
- Took Vio from idea to a live Telegram-native marketplace in about 6 months.
- In the first months users created over 20 000 listings.
- After 6 months, an average active user had around 2.3 listings, which means real repeat use, not one-off posts.
- Paid promotion flows were live, so the business had a clear way to charge sellers for extra visibility on top of organic usage.

EasyGrocer. A 0→1 grocery product built around
savings and trust.
Me as a founding product designer
Context: EasyGrocer is a product for people who buy groceries for a two-person household and feel they overpay. You add your usual list, EasyGrocer shows which nearby store is cheaper for the whole basket and how much you save.
What I did
- Acted as product and UX lead next to the founder.
- Designed the full flow: first touch → list → store comparison → choice where to buy.
Results
- The team got a clear zero-to-one product: users, problem, flows and money model.
- A high-fidelity flow from first touch to savings screen is ready for build and fundraising.
- In alpha tests about 80% of users reached the basket screen; most drop-off came from bugs, not from the concept or UX.

Plan UP — Beeline Mobile App
Plan UP was Beeline’s most premium mobile tariff built to increase long-term customer value through gamification, loyalty mechanics, and flexible plan customization.
I owned product logic, user flows, and UX/UI end-to-end, working closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams for 10 months. I shaped engagement and monetization loops that connected daily user actions to business metrics.
Business impact:
• $23M revenue generated
• 3M new users acquired in one year
• ARPU and CLTV growth
