Recently built an internal aviation workflow automation tool for a Ukrainian operations team. The challenge was simple: aircraft specifications had to be collected manually from multiple aviation sources and then entered into the administration system. To streamline the process, I built a lightweight browser-based tool that retrieves aircraft data by tail number, structures the information using AI, and helps populate operational fields automatically. A small solution, but one that saves time every day.
