Senior Strategic Product Designer owning UX/UI across three mission-critical products: the handheld counter-UAS interface, the DedroneTracker command center for SLTT agencies, and the next-generation AI-driven DedroneTracker.AI (http://DedroneTracker.AI) used by SLTT and defense customers. I consolidated two legacy systems into a new, unified platform, then rebuilt it post-acquisition to support broader Axon use cases—leading research, customer interviews (including UK/US counter-terror units), workflows, prototypes, and the design system end-to-end.

Led end-to-end design of Lonely Planet’s new AI trip planner: research, product flows, UX/UI, and a reusable Figma system for web & mobile. The experience became the backbone for their Best in Travel 2024 journeys.

I designed the multi-role platform used by both clients and designers — request intake and briefs, revision workflows, brand hubs, delivery views, and email touchpoints. I also built the core Figma design system that kept the product consistent as it scaled over several years.

Partnered with Wove from day zero to design a collaboration hub for running client work online — meetings, docs, and tasks in one place. Led 0→1 product definition, responsive web app and Chrome extension UX/UI, user flows, prototypes, and a reusable design system.
