The university's HR department was
manually calculating salaries for
both Academic and Non Academic staff
every month. With multiple allowances
and deductions to calculate for each
staff member the process was time
consuming, prone to errors and
created delays in salary payment.
THE SOLUTION:
I designed a comprehensive automated
payroll system that handles all
calculations instantly for 14 staff
members across multiple departments.
THE RESULT:
What used to take hours of manual
calculation now takes seconds. The
payroll is accurate, professional and
color coded to distinguish Academic
from Non Academic staff. Total monthly
payroll of over ₦5 million is processed
instantly with zero errors.
