This is my personal text encryption. The tool uses the ceaser cypher to encrypt texts so ordinary people can not understand it. I use this to encrypt certain infomation for my self because it's simple and I could easily encrypt and decrypt texts by hand without any tools; so it's very convenient for me. However this particular version is not a strong cypher. I have since advanced it with my own custom hardening making it very strong.
