AI/ML data engineer who brings projects to life.
Hi community,
I’m Tolulade, a software data engineer. Three years ago, a close associate of mine joined a major fintech as a junior engineer, eager to grow her career. Due to poor mentoring and unclear delegation, she eventually pivoted to product management, and later resigned.
Stories like hers aren’t rare. Businesses lose millions every year to employee attrition driven by low engagement and lack of development.
We built a platform that helps companies reduce attrition risk by 20–30%, and boost employee satisfaction.
By correlating learning activity with retention, we’ve found that low learning rates double churn risk, while healthy engagement can increase profitability by up to 25%.

Warm regards, Behind the scenes, we’re running webhooks, Celery, and other background processes to ensure a smooth and reliable payment flow. As you can see in my setup image, though it's more complex than what the graphical illustration portrays.
#payments #engineering #product I'm running some analytics tests on a staging environment with
@posthog (https://x.com/posthog) before we launch into prod. I successfully integrated Posthog into our NextJS app using their documentation. I love Posthog. Their UI and features are so sleek, maybe because I'm an analytics guy!
