Architectural Design & Documentation
Renovation of an existing elevated deck and addition of a hybrid roof pergola to blend open-air and shaded areas.
Led the architectural design and documentation, including deck renovation detailing, roof framing layout, and integration with existing structure. Final design was verified by the structural professional prior to permit submission.

Anita’s ADU – Middletown, MD
Produced a complete permit drawing set for a detached single-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), including site utilities and architectural detailing.
Collaborated closely with the contracting firm’s design brief and local permitting requirements. Drawings were reviewed and ratified by a licensed U.S. architect prior to submission.

Concept + layout design for a 65,000 sq. ft. warehouse & admin building on a 5-acre site. Coordinated mezzanine integration and spatial planning through the design phase before PEMB detailing.
