Bringing a furniture showroom experience online. I designed and developed BessyDecors, a full-stack furniture e-commerce website built to give customers a clean and simple way to discover furniture collections online. The platform includes product browsing by category, detailed product pages, a blog, and a custom admin system for managing products, images, categories, blog content, and users. I focused on creating a responsive, visually polished shopping experience while building the backend functionality needed to manage the website efficiently. Built with: Laravel · Vue.js · Inertia.js · MySQL · Tailwind CSS

Building a great product also means creating a great first impression. I collaborated on a property management platform, focusing on the public-facing experience. My contribution included developing responsive pages such as the landing page, About page, and other public sections while working within the project's existing Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS codebase. The goal was to create a clean, professional experience that clearly introduces the platform before users enter the main property management system. My role: Frontend development for public-facing pages Tools: Laravel · Vue.js · Tailwind CSS

A digital home for an organization working to make a difference. I designed and developed the GROW NGO website to give the organization a clean, professional online presence where visitors can learn about its work, activities, and impact. The website combines a responsive public-facing experience with an admin-managed gallery, allowing the organization to manage and showcase its activities without needing to modify the website directly. I focused on keeping the experience simple, accessible, and easy to navigate across desktop and mobile devices. Built with: Laravel · Vue.js · Inertia.js · MySQL · Tailwind CSS

I need a lightweight laptop with good battery life for programming and everyday work.” What if an online store could actually understand that? That question inspired SmartCart — an AI-powered e-commerce platform I designed, developed, and deployed to explore a more natural way of discovering and comparing products. Instead of relying only on traditional keyword searches and filters, shoppers can describe what they need in everyday language. SmartCart interprets the request, matches it against products in the actual store catalog, ranks relevant options, and provides AI-generated explanations to help customers understand why those products fit their needs. I also built an AI-assisted product comparison experience that allows shoppers to compare selected products and receive a clear analysis to support their buying decision. Laravel queues handle AI processing in the background, keeping longer-running AI tasks separate from the main user experience. Beyond AI, I developed the complete e-commerce experience — including product browsing and filtering, detailed product pages, cart and wishlist functionality, Google authentication, and an admin system for managing products, categories, brands, customers, orders, and store activity. SmartCart was built as a full-stack project from database and backend architecture to frontend experience, AI integrations, and production deployment. Tech stack: Laravel · PHP · Vue.js · Inertia.js · MySQL · Tailwind CSS · Laravel Queues · AI/API Integration Live: smartcartstore.co.ke (http://smartcartstore.co.ke)
