I am an artist and a writer. I lived in a home where I was surrounded by art and literature, and have been writing and drawing for as long as I can remember. This is despite the fact that I am dyslexic and was born with minimal cerebral dysfunction. My father - may he rest in peace - always taught me that these are challenges, not disabilities. I have always remembered this.
