Thinking of
October is pink πŸ’— Thinking of everyone touched by breast cancer: those facing it now, those who’ve come through it, the caregivers beside them, and the loved ones we carry in our hearts! Sending love, hope, and a gentle reminder to check in on someone you care about!! Sometimes a simple β€œI’m thinking of you” means EVERYTHING! πŸ™πŸΌπŸŽ€ Queen & Vine (https://www.linkedin.com/company/queen-vine/)#breastcancerawareness (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23breastcancerawareness&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #pink (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23pink&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #october (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23october&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #cincinnati (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23cincinnati&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #Ohio (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23ohio&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23linkedin&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #LinkedInMarketing (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23linkedinmarketing&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)

Cover image for What does waiting cost? Not
What does waiting cost? Not in my numbers. In yours!? πŸ’ Three inputs: β€’ How many people view your Google Business (https://www.linkedin.com/company/md-jubayer-ahamed-sun/) Profile in a month (Google Business Profile β†’ Performance) β€’ Of every 100 who look, how many choose someone else (your best guess) β€’ What one new customer is worth to you Multiply them. With example numbers (200 views, 2 in 100, $500 a customer) that's $2,000 a month, or $24,000 a year, that never arrives as a bill. Those are examples, not your business. Swap in your own three numbers, then weigh the result against what it costs to keep every platform right. The calculator is on queenandvine.com (http://queenandvine.com) , and nothing you type leaves the page! Have you ever put a dollar figure on a call that never came? #SmallBusiness (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23smallbusiness&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #BusinessOwner (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23businessowner&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #LocalSEO (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23localseo&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23linkedin&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)

Cover image for Myth: If I raise prices,
Myth: If I raise prices, I'll lose my best customers. Reality: Most owners are more afraid of the conversation than the customer is. I understand the fear. You built those relationships one job at a time, and the price is the part of the relationship you have to say out loud. But look at what the fear costs. Every month the list stays where it is, material, labor and freight keep moving. The customer gets this years work at an old years price. That isn't loyalty. It's a discount nobody approved. A few realities worth holding onto: A fair increase, explained plainly, is a normal business conversation. Good customers want suppliers who will still be there next year. Small, regular changes land easier than one big catch-up after years of waiting. And the fix isn't raise everything across the board. Its prices set from what the work costs today, item by item, so you can explain every number. You don't have to win the argument. You just have to know your cost and say it with respect. What's the hardest part of a price conversation with a long-time customer?
