I developed a fictional watch brand and produced a consistent series of high-end commercial product visuals, including hero photography, macro detail shots, presentation imagery, and animated product sequences.

AI UGC Product Ad — Man Soap
Concept UGC advertisement created to demonstrate an AI-assisted product advertising workflow. I developed the fictional product concept, generated the spokesperson and product assets, and produced the talking-head performance using Higgsfield, with ComfyUI available for custom generation, refinement, and post-processing workflows.
The project demonstrates product integration, AI avatar performance, natural UGC-style delivery, voice and lip synchronization, character direction, and short-form ad production without a traditional studio shoot.

Created an AI-assisted UGC-style talking-head video using a hybrid local and cloud production workflow.
The character and scene were developed from a static image, then animated locally using ComfyUI and EchoMimic V3, with synthetic voice audio driving the initial facial performance and lip synchronization. The resulting footage was then refined with generative video processing to improve facial motion, expression, temporal consistency, and natural speech articulation.
The workflow was designed to reduce dependence on paid generation by using local GPU processing for experimentation and iteration, reserving cloud-based generation for final-quality refinement.
