Rock Paper Scissors: a game made of hands
Once I had a hand that can take any pose, the first game was obvious. Two gloves across a table: a fist bump opens the match, three pumps, both hands reveal at once. You can change your pick until the line runs out. Best of five: the winner waves, the loser stomps the table.
Every move is the same glove rig: postures, gestures, a 3D turn, all from one Rive file.

The host or minion from Lights Out, my Rive Halloween game: :a pumpkin head on a body of roots, possessed by a ghost. The reel runs from the first bark-limbed sketch through the charred head (vector, drawn, 3D) to the green fire body. Everything after that is live Rive footage, not pre-rendered: the walk and the full turn are computed in Luau, the fog body is a WGSL shader in Rive's GPU Canvas, and when the host burns out, the ghost leaves the pumpkin. Claude Code agents wrote it through the Rive CLI, but only after days of handholding: I steered every round, judged it frame by frame, and finished the character by hand in the Rive editor.

A sphere of water that breathes with you: rings pull in as you breathe in, swell while you hold, flow out as you let go. It's all one Rive file, running live, not a video.
A WGSL shader in Rive's GPU Canvas draws the water and a state machine switches idle, listening, thinking and speaking. Data binding feeds it the voice level every frame, pointer listeners leave a wake and drop a ring where you tap. Built with Claude Code through the Rive CLI, sound by ElevenLabs. Still exploring: maybe a meditation app next :)
